 many people\, and here in Seattle we transcend what most people accept as l
 ife at the Church of Bass\, a little piece of the underground that is lit b
 y the energy of its nightly inhabitants\, providing a home for dancers\, fr
 eaks\, and broken beats. Subsequence\, the official Decibel Afterhours Frid
 ay evening at the Church of Bass will be a bastion of psychedelic breaks\, 
 a tribal land populated by those who just can’t get enough and don’t ca
 re who knows it.
\nLocals Skoi Sirius and Rob Noble lead off Starborne’s 
 Afterhours with homegrown beats laid thick with funky bass and infused with
  a genuine spirituality fueled by human connection. Kris Moon brings his da
 rk melodies\, expert technique\, and electro-debauchery to the altar of dan
 ce\, and Phidelity’s sliced-and-diced tech-laced ear ecstasy will not fai
 l to enchant you. His hybrid live sets of future funk are created with a un
 ique trippy stickiness that takes up residence right by your third eye. The
  warped energy that Eskmo generates for the dance floor makes people smile\
 , dance\, cry\, and scream for more- more abstraction\, more broken lines\,
  more heavily distorted rips of music that addict you like a junkie to the 
 growl-happy sounds. The musical experience that is Eskmo is not only for th
 e insane bass-lovers\, but for all humans who crave a darker and more inten
 se expression of existence.
\nStarborne Productions\, the brainchild of Mic
 hael Manahan\, has hosted music\, art\, ritual theatre\, fire\, and themati
 c events all over the Seattle area for years and along with the Oracle Gath
 erings is a vital contributor to the community of electronic music freaks w
 e all know\, love\, and strive to be. Without Starborne Productions the art
 s scene in Seattle would not be as richly colorful and constantly inspired.

 New York collective Cheap Sunglass are known for throwing infamous afterhou
 rs parties at some of North America’s most prestigious festivals (DEMF\, 
 WMC\, Love Fest\, etc.). Over the past year they’ve booked artists the li
 kes of Baby Ford\, Mikael Stavostrand\, Derek Plaslaiko\, Bruno Pronsato\, 
 and Poker Flat tech house luminaries Martin Landsky\, Jaime Jones and Matth

 Âme)\, bridge the gap between Deep House and sexy Techno. Co-headlining wi
 ll be a very special debut live set from Jacob London’s Dave Pezzner\, wh
 ose recent foray into Deep House landed him a well deserved record deal wit
