The Evergreen State Fairgrounds are located one mile west of Monroe, WA; 14 miles east of Everett, on US2; about 30 miles northeast of Seattle via I-405 & SR 522. Click here for a Map of the Fairgrounds. We are conveniently located near hotels and motels and have 278 RV sites on the Fairgrounds. The Evergreen State Fair began in downtown Monroe in 1908, moving to its present location in 1945. The Fairgrounds cover 185 partially wooded and landscaped acres.

Let's Go to the Fair! And the Cat Show, and the Swap Meet!
The Evergreen State Fairgrounds not only hosts the annual livestock crazy that is the Evergreen State Fair, but is booked full with events year round. On the 185 acres you can attend everything from a Pygmy Goat Show, Go Kart Practice, Gun Shows, Quilting Exhibitions, and AA meetings. The Renaissance Fair is my favorite event though the RV Show is always a barrel of monkeys too.
