Jazzbones in Tacoma has it all- Is that a good thing?

Jazzbones is a unique restaurant and nightclub in Tacoma focusing on blues, rock, funk, and of course, jazz. Hungry? The menu is an eclectic mix of Cajun food and sushi. Hmm. Usually I find when a restaurant tries to combine two very different cuisines, neither is done well. A southern girl who eats whole jalapenos for breakfast, I won't even comment on the "Cajun" food they serve at Jazzbones. The sushi is doable for a happy hour snack, but the real reason to visit Jazzbones is the music and the original artwork on the walls. Chicken Andouille? Wait until you're in the Big Easy.
