Jackie's 5th Amendment is the type of place that opens at 8 am to a throng of eager, drinkers looking to get a beer before they head to work. Seriously. The price is right (6 beers for 9 bucks!!!) and the interior is so unpretentious you could roll in with sweats and a dirty t-shirt and get nary a dirty look.

Great last call drop off
Granted, this is a neighborhood bar, but if you find yourself in Park Slope at 2 am, it's a wonderful place for a late-night, cheap pint.
Just don't talk to the men at the bar...
