The Tiger Lounge GO GO bar in Georgetown in Seattle is now one of Seattles only GO GO club, modeled after the retro lounge built in 747 supers from the seventies this place really has captured the classic retro psychedelic vibe of the typical 70's gogo lounge, simple in that the venue has an emphasis on cozy n vibrant with pastel colors, lava lamps and beaded curtains takes one back in time to the retro years. Complete with disco dance floor, sound systems, covered out door seating and smoking bar this place is very cool. Known for there intimate after hours parties and select music scenes which for over a year were private invite parties, they have come out in full force now as a public licensed bar and bistro menu. The Food ranges from an extensive appetizer menu with bruchetta, fresh crab dip, shrimp cocktail, artichoke dip, an amazing salad selection, sandwiches, hot entre's like lasagna and crab melt to a full euro pizza menu all price less than 12 dollars being the highest item. They even have deserts! When you go into there bar room you will be impressed by the beer and wine selection from around the world to the top shelf spirits n cocktails available as well with a full call well! no monarch here!

So with all that being said, really its not the food or the booze that will suck you in but rather the close and personal vibe that you share with everyone present. Its like the band is performing for you in your own home with your friends sharing the experience. I can see why they chose to be private for so long as all the bands, trios and crews that have had there turn at the tiger lounge all have the same thing in common, real fun in a real relaxing and sexy place! I would rate this bar a 5 star for place to go on a fun date or rally a group of friends to go with!
