A Friendly Sight
It's nice that a neighborhood art theater like this one can garner enough customers to keep it going over the years. It's definitely an uplifting sight for the wanderer through this particular part of town in search of amusement (hitherto having been passing by serious business offices and the occasional tiny, barren park).
