Formerly the Arrowhead Pond, the Honda Center in Anaheim is the place to see all the big acts. The Honda Center is also the home of the Anaheim Ducks and hosts basketball and other sporting events every now and then. This is a great venue to see a concert or hockey game, with plenty of events to keep you happy and smiling.
The Honda Center can be found right near Angel Stadium, on the other side of the 57 freeway, in the nice central location of Anaheim.

It's still weird to me that this place isn't called the Pond anymore. But I've been to a fair share of concerts here, and it's a good place to see big names (my first concert was Alanis Morrisette here).
Unfortunately, it's hard to get good seats here because they sell out so quickly, but you can still see the stage from farther away. I can easily recommend the Honda Center over the Staples Center for a big event.
