The Sunset Tavern: Clean Bathrooms and Chicken Fried Steak
Before it was Ballard's darling, The Sunset Tavern was a Chinese restaurant and then dive bar, which explains the Asian decor all over the place. Musicians of all genres play at the venue which also offers food in the arena of corn dogs and chicken fried steak. The Sunset is also reputed to have the nicest, cleanest restrooms in all of Seattle, a mystery which is explained on their website: they actually CLEAN the bathrooms, EVERY NIGHT! Club owners, take note.
