The Crimson C is Where It's At!

Larry's Nightclub is GONE and in it's place is Crimson C; find it by the red awning sticking out just past J&M and The Central. My favorite night is Tenacious Tuesdays, where local deejays like Ben Shelton, Von Dewey, Aku, Awggie, Noisemaker, and Creepy Tom spin on open decks for a crowd of dancers and crazy mothers drinking $3 wells. Hell yeah. The bartenders seem to appear on a rotating basis but are always nice and quick with the vodka tonics; there is plenty of fat booth seating to stretch out in and chill with the homies. Way up in the sky is the official deejay booth, it's a cool place to hang out in but as a dancer I prefer when the djs are set up below, on the dance floor; the experience is more intimate for everyone. Come check out this new club on your next nighttime tour of Pioneer Square!

Hmm...

I want to Crimson C on a Saturday night in July. The venue is very nice, stylish and there is ample seating which is very comfortable. The staff is also nice. The cover charge for me was $10. I suspect that women get in free or cheaper. The music/DJ was excellent. On the downside (for me)... I didn't jive well with the clientele who starting showing up around 11 p.m. I had nothing in common with them, so I split after midnight.
