Main Street Crossing is a roomy, comfortable coffeehouse/bar/performance space in downtown Tomball with a showcase stage and good, reasonably priced food, beer and wine. Days, it's a friendly WiFi hangout for gourmet coffee drinks; on Sundays, three casual-dress, non-denominational church services are held, fulfilling MSC's mission as a non-profit community center. Management has great taste in the bands they book for Friday night; Saturdays it's often rented for events. On Tuesday nights, iconic Texas songwriter Danny Everitt hosts an open mic that attracts top area musicians who come to "work out" on the excellent sound system and to play for a friendly, enthusiastic crowd .
