O’Hare is an accomplished stage actor, appearing on Broadway seven times, and twice winning a Tony Award, once for his role as the gay business agent in the baseball play “Take Me Out” and once in Stephen Sondheim’s “Assassins,” playing Charles Guiteau, the man who assassinated President James A. “Elling” will mark Fraser’s Broadway debut.

In the play, written by Simon Bent (and based both on novelist Ingvar Ambjornsen’s books and Peter Naess’ 2001 film) the two actors play roommates in a mental institution who try to support one another after they are both released.

The cast will also include Jennifer Coolidge, best-known for “Best in Show,” and Richard Easton (“The Invention of Love,” “The Coast of Utopia.”)
