If you’ve ever wanted to try LARPing (live action role playing), you now have a prime opportunity. Instead of playing World of Warcraft behind a computer screen in your Philadelphia area home, you could be out there living the adventure as your own character. That’s right—at Seventh Kingdom IGE, you can dress up and role play your character of choice, complete with safe foam weapons.

IGE stands for “interactive game environment.” This describes the immersive atmosphere presented at these games, going beyond traditional LARP standards.

This event takes place over the weekend of July 23-25. If you’re curious, check out the rules and leave an intro on the group’s forums. The event takes place over a weekend at a campground (this month in Medford, NJ).

While Seventh Kingdom runs games monthly, the July event signifies the group’s one year anniversary. New players are always welcome at the game, so even if you haven’t LARPed before, check it out.

Pre-registration for the event is strongly recommended.
