Enclosed is the application for the “14th annual” ArtFest of Scottsdale, one of the top rated “Fine Art” Festivals in Arizona by artists, according to national and regional trade publications. This festival is attended by residents from all over the Phoenix area who look forward to this festival each year and tourist from around the country. Due to changes in the festival area there will be a few less artist booths. All of ArtFest of Scottsdale is located at the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall (Plaza), which features numerous art sculptures, rolling green lawns, sparkling fountains, gorgeous flowers, stately trees and meandering walkways. This is the same location where the March Festival of the Arts is held, except we do not use the parking lots around City Hall. The festival will be held on Saturday, November 17th and Sunday, November 18th, 2007, from 10am to 5pm.
