Strangers

I have always been an avid fan for suspense and horror films. I can honestly say that this film deserves a “let me scare you until you pee your pants” award. Throughout the whole film, I remained on the edge of my seat. My hands clenched the entire film, my heart racing so I fast and hard, I could feel it in my throat. This movie is not for the blood and guts crowd, but for those who enjoy the fascinatingly creepy. Now, when I walk throughout my apartment I still see those faces.

Sex and the City

What a royal treat this movie was. All the ample anticipated nights, among glasses of wine and cartons of ice cream were finally being rolled into one. I must say I had certain expectations for this movie and very low expectations for anything converted to the big screen. In my experience, books and other shows have always been a let-down when crossing the threshold. But, being the brave one, I was determined to give the movie a chance. The opening song is now apart of my ITunes. With its clever usage of Fergie and the main song on steroids, it defiantly is a song to be played among girlfriends driving windows down, hair whipping in the wind. The characters glowed, the fashion: …incredible. The movie was full of laughter and tears, a ball full of roller coaster emotion. Staying always true to the show itself, Sex and the City the Movie, proved to my biased views of the big screen, that re-creations can be just as good as the original.
