Am I the only one around who loves Bad Religion? American Jesus? 21st Century Digital Boy (you don't know how to read, but you got a lot of toys...).
I think it reminds me of hanging out with all the freaks/my friends in high school and wallowing gloriously in our outsider status, drinking hella coffee and cruising around, playing Skankin' Pickle?
Oh maybe it is just me.

I love the balcony area, it is a nice place to get away from the mania but still have a great view and feel like you are in the middle of the performance.

This is the most amazing story ever. Everyone should know the incredible tale of Shackleton and The Endurance. It is mind blowing.
Down in New Zealand where they call Antarctica "the ice," in the Auckland museum there is a recreation of Shackleton's quarters, of the place where they all lived, er...survived. It was really interesting to see the amount of scientific gear and other stuff they were carting around- of course, thankfully they had film gear and video, so we today have documentation of their story. An amazing testament to the strengths and weaknesses of humankind.

Okay I am SO sad that I will be in far far away from Seattle when Ludachrist is here- these guys are freaking insane; they mix like mad, changing tracks every 4 seconds and mash up shit like A-ha with Goodie Mob.
