The FAQs of Life:

How can I tell when something is recommended to me?

Recommended events have a star next to the event name.

I don’t seem to be getting a lot of recommended events.

To improve your recommendations please upload your iTunes music list or NetFlix movie queue on your Account Settings page. The more we know about your great taste in music & movies, the better we'll be at giving you recommendations.

For more information, take a look at your Account Page.

How do I keep my personal recommendations data up to date?

Right now, you’ll need to manually upload your data to let the system know when you have new personal media data to share. We're working on a tool to automatically keep those files updated, but we're not ready yet.

For more information, take a look at your Account Page.

Why can't I [fill in your favorite missing feature here]?

We're working the development team day and (mostly) night to get exciting new features built. You can help us by using our feedback form to let us know exactly what you’d like to see built. We've got TONS of ideas, but we're sure that you've got some great ideas. Let us know about 'em...

My favorite events don’t seem to be available.

We're adding new events all the time, and soon we'll be able to let you add your own. In the meantime, if you know of events or venues that should be available but aren't, please let us know.

How can I get better recommendations?

When you share your preferences, interests, and personal tastes, CultureMob can make kick-ass recommendations. As you use the CultureMob, make sure to rate, review, and share events you are interested in! The most powerful way to share your media consumption habits is by way of our iTunes and Netflix interfaces.

For more information, take a look at your Account Page.

Who is CultureMob?

You are the mob. You have taken control of the media, and we're pleased as punch that you have.
