 cibel Festival will again submerge Seattle in the broad spectrum of electro
 nic music and its surrounding cultural elements. Since its inception in 200
 3\, Decibel has booked over 400 acts\, culminating in the biggest edition y
 et this fall. Following the success and critical acclaim of previous editio
 ns\, the festival will once again assemble a diverse selection of internati
 onal talent designed to stimulate its audience on multiple levels. The line
 up will feature artists at the forefront of electronic music production\, a
 longside exciting visual art performances and installations. With this land
 mark anniversary\, Decibel will feature surprises and return favorites. Pre
