Queen Latifah

Queen Latifah is an artist who refuses to be easily pinned down. She emerged as a rap/hip-hop sensation in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and recently moved into pop and the Great American Songbook by recording 'The Dana Owens Album.' She has also comfortably crossed over into the realms of television and film, most notably with her Oscar-nominated performance in the musical 'Chicago.'
