Evening Star Senior Services Hosts Event October 27, 2009

October 6, 2009 – Golden Valley, MN - On October 27, 2009, Evening Star Senior Services will host “Help for Aging Parents, Support for You’ an event at the Maple Grove Community Center. The event is free and open to the public. Anyone who wishes to learn more about services available for seniors and their families may visit the center between 5:30 and 7:30pm. Julie Neraas, author of Apprenticed to Hope A Sourcebook for Difficult Times will provide a short presentation. In addition, staff from Evening Star Senior Services will provide checklists and assessments, reference material and one-on-one support for those who wish to learn more about different options for the care of aging parents. Refreshments will also be provided.

WHAT: Help for Aging Parents, Support for You is an event to provide education, assessments and inspiration for family members responsible for seniors
