Come and join us for Monday evening meditation classes. Each week we explore a new meditation and teaching, designed to improve our daily lives and bring about peace of mind. Each class includes guided meditation, a talk, discussion and time for questions.

The classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Come to a class this week and see for yourself! No experience necessary. Drop in any time. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
