Sending a Message: Silk Screen Art and Mixed Media

artist's wife

The selected artwork on display comes from a collaborative community partnership, The James Washington Youth Poster Project. Led by experienced printmaker and arts educator, Romson Bustillio, this program brought together local youth for a series of weekly drop-in art workshops at the Yelser Community Center. Out of these workshops came the vibrant posters featured in this exhibition.
