Urban Safari 2009

Upham’s Corner Main Street (UCMS) presents the second annual Urban Safari 2009, a fundraiser event celebrating the Upham’s Corner community and supporting its business revitalization. Come join Mayor Thomas M. Menino on June 10, 2009 at Franklin Park Zoo’s ‘Tropical Forest’ at 6:30pm. Tickets are available for $50 each and proceeds from the event will go toward the continued revitalization of the Upham’s Corner business district. In these hard times, supporting local community businesses is crucial and UCMS volunteers are dedicated to making the event successful again this year. Come join members of the Upham’s Corner community including merchants, residents, volunteers, sponsors, and special guests to support the UCMS organization and to celebrate the work of an entire community as it continues the revitalization of their neighborhood’s business district.
