Grind My Gears: Girls Nite Out

Punk is not dead in the East Village. May 7th is Ladies Nite at The Pyramid Club's Grind My Gears rock and art show. Win prizes and gifts curtsey of BABELAND in between sets. RADIO DRAMA will kick the night off right followed by your friends in PILE OF KITTENS. Punk as heck butt kickings will be provided by the sounds of KISSY KAMIKAZE. Randy poet CRISTIN O'KEEFE APTOWICZ will bring the female rant action. Get there early to watch BROOKLYN BABY DOLL and EVA perform go-go dancing routines. New "Bloody Kitten" $4 drink special (don't worry, it's really Vodka and Cranberry) and all night $3 PBRs. Fast paced 30 second What Really Grinds My Gears rant-a-thon, a collage station with some hunky male cut-outs, lady's Lite Bright, and Glow Graffiti walls as well. The night will also feature the premiere of the Grind My Gears Players, a rocking Tom Jones tribute band. All this for $5, plus you get in for the 80's nite dancing upstairs.
