Dodge Caravan Peanut Butter and Jams with Gustafer Yellowgold
Kids and parents are loving the live shows of GUSTAFER YELLOWGOLD’S WIDE WILD WORLD, launched from the imagination of illustrator/singer/songwriter, Morgan Taylor.
Gustafer is a golden alien who comes from the sun, blessed with a magnetism for making friends with some of earth’s odder creatures - the Eel, the Blue Star, the Pterodactyl, the Dragon and more. Taylor’s music and art talents combined create a wonderful blend of media comparable to mixing Paul McCartney’s more whimsical work with the imaginative fantasy of kid’s book classic, Harold and the Purple Crayon.
When performed live by Taylor and his band, Gustafer comes to life in a "moving book" of songs and pictures, projected in full color onto a big screen, with subtitles for early readers. This potent combination of original music and dynamic cartoon illustrations has a surprisingly wide appeal ranging from small kids to the adults who bring them. The author is humorous as a singing narrator, as he and his band of musicians cater to their active and often verbally inquisitive audience.
