Cirque du Soleil: Corteo
Created and directed by Daniele Finzi Pasca, 'Corteo' is a joyous procession, a festive parade imagined by a clown. The show brings together the pasion of the actor with the grace and power of the acrobat to plunge the audience into a theatrical world of fun, comedy and spontaneity situated in a mysterious space between heaven and earth. The clown pictures his own funeral taking place in a carnival atmosphere, watched over by quietly caring angels.

A Circus for Animal Lovers! Cirque du Soleil in Seattle
As a child I loved the circus: the snowcones, elephant rides, crazy clowns, balloons, and ladies riding horses. Then I grew up and learned that elephants don't necessarily like or want to do handstands and tigers aren't really that fond of posing on a stool like some sort of teddy bear. I thought my days of circus-going were over. Then I discovered Cirque du Soleil! The only animals abused at this circus are humans, and they all do it willingly. So animal lovers can finally rejoice at the circus experience once again. I can't wait to see what the new show, Corteo, will bring to Seattle.

Cirque Du Soleil: Magical
I went to my first Cirque Du Soleil Show and it was at Marymoor Park in Redmond. I was amazed by the grand spectacle of the entire event. Instantly, I became a nine year old little boy with his mouth gaping wide at the incredible stunts, gags, and playfulness of Curque Du Soleil. It was fantastic! I shall now be a nine year old for the rest of my life. That's okay by me!
