One Song, Many Voices

default

'One Song, Many Voices' features artifacts and photographs from early Asian American businesses and community groups, including restaurants, social clubs, a barber shop, an herbal shop and a hand laundry. The exhibition also features musical instruments, festival clothing and food practices. Chinese lanterns suspend from 16-foot high rafters, alongside a 35-foot traditional Chinese dragon and a 50-foot dragon boat. This vivid array invites every visitor to enjoy the nation's rich cultural heritage.
