Come on down and spend an evening with the folks from CultureMob while listening to a set of Hip-Hop, Funk, Soul, and ??? by BROther ?uestion.
?uestlove is the drummer for the Roots and an influential record producer for artists such as Erykah Badu, Common, D'Angelo, and Al Green.

Actually I have seen the Roots, three times, but it was in college ten years ago so I guess for some unexplainable reason I can't quite remember...I must have had business calculus on my brain.
So it will be just like new when I get to jam at Neumos Thursday night!

?uestlove was mixing all of the old school favorites. When he brought Slam by Onyx over the top of Blondie, I knew he was the real deal. He denied it on the ride to the hotel, but believe me it happened tonight.

Yes. Quest can spin. He is famous for his record collection. Almost all producers are crate diggers. His dj sets before shows are amazing. There's a party before the opening act even gets on stage. Yes, you need to come find out for yourself. You'll be happy that you like to create your own opinion.
