The Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation is delighted to announce that Celebrity Chef Ethan Stowell, whose sought-after Union, Tavolàta and How to Cook a Wolf restaurant concepts have earned him the prized “Best New Chef” recognition in 2008 from Food & Wine magazine, will make his debut with the Tour at the beautifully-appointed Columbia Tower Club in the heart of Seattle. Along with Host Executive Chef James Hassell, Chef Ethan will share his passion for all things local, seasonal and Italian-inspired at the Columbia Tower Club on Thursday, May 14th, 2009 at 7pm.
