and magic of prom night by donating gently worn prom dresses\, bridesmaid
dresses\, formalwear and evening accessories. High school girls from the W
OT Mentor & Scholarship Program will visit Village Merrick Park’s “Proj
ect Prom Dress Boutique” on Tuesday\, April 13th to select a beautiful go
wn with accessories to match. Additionally\, the girls will listen to inspi
rational women give career advice\, enjoy a makeup presentation\, and indul
ge in delicious snacks. Last year\, through the community’s generous don
ations\, Project Prom Dress collected over 400 gowns\, and was able to make
many local high school girls the “belles of their ball”. Shoppers who
donate a gown will receive a complimentary VMP parking pass.
