The Burnet Bluebonnet Festival in Burnet will be hosting its 24th annual tribute to the State flower! Visitors enjoy live entertainment on the historical Burnet square as well as one of the best hometown parades in the state. There is something for everyone! See the Commemorative Air Force flying show during the day featuring vintage World War II era aircraft. The evening offers a destruction derby at the rodeo arena. Festivities for the weekend include Burnet Gunfighter’s Shootout, the arrival of the Hill Country Flyer train, the Kiwanis Bicycle Tour, a 5K fun run, a vintage custom car show with over 100 classic cars at Hamilton Creek, live entertainment all weekend, with a Saturday night Street Dance on the Burnet Square with performances by Aaron Watson!
