I will neither confirm nor deny the reports suggesting I have listened to a Jonas Brothers CD. I rise above vicious innuendo. My job as a pseudo-blogger is to wade through unsubstantiated rumor and wild hearsay to report on the known facts. And the facts are these:
As part of their 44-city North American tour, the virtuous Kevin, sanitary Joe, and family-friendly Nick will be appearing for one night only– June 24th– at the Pepsi Center, a 45-acre Pantheon to Testosterone which typically hosts the Nuggets, Avalanche, Crush, and Mammoth.
I’m a little concerned about the presence of purity rings in what is otherwise a center of general bacchanalia. Hopefully, the complex will still be there after the band’s legions of pre-teen (and not-so-pre-teen) fans descend upon it.
Also appearing with the boys is American Idol winner Jordin Sparks, daughter of former New York Giants defensive back, Phillippi Sparks, the 13th pick in the second round of the 1992 NFL Draft and part of a powerhouse duo with Jason Sehorn for six years.
See, I also know a lot of manly things, football things. I have varied interests. I am a mature and loving adult and I think I should be free to listen to whatever kind of music I want without suffering abuse.

How did I watch that whole season of AI and not know or remember her dad was a football player?
I feel in love with Jordin Sparks singing right when she first sang, "I Who Have Nothing"!! I was a goner after that moment. I loved her first CD but I am telling you the Second one is PACK FULL of great tunes……"Walking on Snow, S.O.S. – Let The Music Play – Let It Rain – Emergency 911…..and of course Battlefield"…..I love this girl!!!!
