Starting today, you can sit on those chairs in the new pedestrian plazas at Father Duffy Square, or on the red steps of the TKTS booth on Times Square, and use either your laptop or your mobile phone to check your e-mail or check out the reviews of the show that the people handing out the flyers are telling you is so fabulous.
