\nDash: a mark of p
 unctuation\, creating the rhythm of language and establishing relationships
  between seemingly disparate forms\; Dash EXP is an artist of connections\,
  blending and manipulating jungle/drum & bass as well as dubstep\, hip-hop 
 & house. His main influences are the music konkrete movement of the 1950's\
 , lead by Karlheinz Stockhausen\; Nine Inch Nails\; and various experimenta
 l media artists such as Gary Hill\, Vito Acconci and Jack Smith.

\nA nat
 ive New Yorker\, Dash EXP currently resides in Seattle\, where he founded t
 he city's chapter of Konkrete Jungle. Dash has shared the bill with some of
  the industries biggest names: Micky Finn\, Armin Van Buren\, Darude\, & Re
 marc to name a few.  He consistently plays at some of the longest running n
 ights in the country\, including the notorious D&B Tuesdays in Seattle\, an
 d Konkrete Jungle NYC.

\nWhile studying at Alfred University NY (BFA)\, 
 he also hosted a weekly radio show called "Beats Dimes & Life" on WALF 89.7
  FM\, and was the first DJ at the station to mix live on air. At Alfred he 
 also established "Kum Curek Productions (Krew)\," hosting weekly parties ai
 med at exposing western NY to the underground Jungle/D'N'B sound. Currently
  you can hear Dash EXP on DNBTV. com and Seattle's Vortex C89.5 and Global 
 Vortex Radio.

\nOngoing projects include production on various Statesid
 e dubstep labels and a recent side project\, ThunderBolt LightningStorm\, h
 eavily influenced by Mashup\, Electro & Baltimore club music. So far his pr
 oduction has received global play on various radio stations including net b
 ased\, Reload radio.  As of late\, he has also redirected his production in
 terest to drum & bass/jungle\, as he takes it back to it's earlier vibe wit
 h timless souding\, "Love & Sex & Music."
