Unused Lexical Variable, Robert Blatt, guitar; Jeremy Jolley, guitar; John Teske, double bass; is an ensemble of composers/performers active in Seattle's new music community. ULV focuses on experimental sound, improvisatory performance and avant-garde composition. A typical concert may contain quiet classical guitars, filtered noise, spectral overtones, live computer processed sound, fragmented rhythms and silence.
