Born Curtis Jackson, 50 Cent is the genuine article. Having endured substantial obstacles throughout his young, dramatic life, he became the most-discussed rap figure in early 2003 when Eminem signed and debuted him on the '8 Mile' soundtrack. Along for the ride with 50 Cent are Ludacris, Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz, Ciara and Mike Jones, with special performances by G-Unit.
