Blk|Market Membership's Taimur first established the group in 2006 with his partner, Fahad. Since then, they’ve brought in top-notch artists from around the world who represent the forward-thinking sound they’re pushing. Regarded as some of the finest DJs in New York's underground techno circuit, they run monthly residencies at local hotspots Bar13 and Love. The duo recently added 4 new quarterly residents to their nights: Craig Richards, Damian Lazarus, DJ Three, and Dennis Rodgers (of ROBOTS fame). Taimur is currently collaborating with Larry Ursini (Udder Madness, Denver) and Memo (Bar13) on his latest project, Cheap Sunglasses; they drew crowds at WMC and DEMF, and with its all-star lineup, booming sound system, and good vibes, it was one of the most talked-about events of the year. With all of this experience bringing techno to the masses, it’s safe to say that Taimur knows how to bring heat to the dance floor.
